For the Steak

  • 2 Nutrafarms NY Strip Steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1½ tbsp butter, softened
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, halved

1. Season the Steak

Pat the steaks dry with paper towel and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
