Frequently Asked Questions

Is the steak really free?

Yes. If you qualify and place your first Nutrafarms Farm Package, the five-box, 25-lb Sirloin Steak Welcome Pack is included as our Welcome Gift at no additional charge.

What's the catch?

There isn't a separate purchase hidden behind the Welcome Pack. It is available to qualifying new customers who place their first Nutrafarms Farm Package. A Farm Representative will explain how the program works, answer your questions and help you decide whether it is right for your family.

How much steak will I receive?

The Welcome Pack contains five boxes and 25 lbs of sirloin steak in total. Individual steak sizes and the number of steaks may vary.

Where does the beef come from?

The majority of Nutrafarms beef comes from Noble Farms near Creemore, Ontario. Additional beef comes from Ontario family farms using similar raising practices. The cattle live on pasture and graze a mixture of grasses, and the beef is processed locally in Ontario before being prepared for Nutrafarms families.

Why is Nutrafarms giving away 25 lbs of steak?

Because the best way to understand Nutrafarms is to experience it. The Welcome Pack makes that first step easier, so families can see whether locally raised food, dependable delivery and three years of price certainty are right for them.

Will my prices change over the next three years?

Your Farm Package pricing is guaranteed for three years. Your Farm Representative will explain what is covered and answer your questions before you decide.
