Chicken wings
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp corn starch
Backwoods Maple Syrup Maple BBQ Sauce (for glazing)
🍳 Instructions
1. Season the Wings
In a large bowl, season the wings with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and corn starch. Toss well to ensure they’re evenly coated.
2. Preheat & Cook
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and gold
3. Glaze the Wings
Transfer the cooked wings to a clean bowl and toss them with Backwoods Maple BBQ Sauce until fully coated in that sticky, glossy glaze.
4. Plate & Serve
