These crispy chicken smash tacos are the perfect mash-up of a classic Caesar salad and a street-style taco. Juicy seasoned ground chicken, a parmesan crust, and fresh Caesar salad all wrapped in a golden corn tortilla—simple, high-protein, and seriously addictive.

For the Smash Tacos
- Nutrafarms ground chicken
- Corn tortillas
- Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
- Chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
For the Caesar Salad
- Romaine lettuce
- Croutons
- Muskoka Brand Garlic Caesar Sauce
- Fresh lime

🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the Caesar Salad
Wash and chop the lettuce. Add croutons, your favourite Caesar dressing (we used Muskoka Brand’s Garlic Caesar Sauce), and a squeeze of fresh lime. Toss well and set aside.
2. Season the Steak
Add all seasonings to the ground chicken and mix thoroughly. Form into balls—about 100 grams per ball. Once cooked and portioned, each taco ends up with roughly 24 grams of protein.
3. Smash the Tacos
Press one chicken ball directly onto a corn tortilla. Spread the chicken slightly past the edges of the tortilla—this is important because the chicken will shrink as it cooks, and you want it to stay the same size as the tortilla.
4. Pan Fry
Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the taco meat-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 4–5 minutes.
Add about 1 teaspoon of parmesan to the chicken side, then flip one last time to create a crispy parmesan crust.
5. Assemble
Set tacos aside and top with the prepared Caesar salad. Finish with an extra drizzle of Caesar dressing and another squeeze of fresh lime.
