High Protein Turkey Nuggets

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground turkey (Nutrafarms ground turkey works great)
•  2 eggs
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• 2 tsp salt
• ½ tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix turkey, eggs, parmesan, and spices until combined. Form into nugget shapes—wet your hands so the turkey doesn’t stick (easy hack!). Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
