This Steak Caesar Salad is a Nutrafarms dream come true. Juicy ribeye steaks, crisp romaine, freshly grated Parmesan, and crunchy croutons come together with Muskoka Brand Gourmet Garlic Caesar Sauce—plus a drizzle of their Nashville sauce if you like a little heat. It’s the kind of meal that feels restaurant-worthy but comes together easily at home.

🛒 Ingredients

  • Nutrafarms ribeye steaks
  • Salt & freshly cracked pepper
    Garlic (optional, to taste)
  • Butter
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    Croutons
  • Lemon wedges
  • Muskoka Brand Gourmet Garlic
  • Caesar Sauce
  • Muskoka Brand Gourmet Nashville Sauce (optional, for a kick)

🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Salad

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and cucumber.Slice the lemon into wedges and set everything aside.

2. Season the Steak

Season ribeye steaks generously with salt and freshly cracked pepper.Add garlic if desired.

3. Cook the Steak

Cook the steaks to your preferred doneness. For medium-rare, aim for about 3 minutes per side.

During the final minute, top with freshly grated Parmesan and add butter to the pan.

Increase heat and flip for about 30 seconds per side to create a golden Parmesan crust.

4. Rest the Steak

Remove from heat and let rest for 5–10 minutes to keep the steak juicy and tender.

5. Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine romaine, cucumber, croutons, and Parmesan.Drizzle with Muskoka Brand Garlic Caesar Sauce and add Nashville sauce if you want extra flavour and heat.

6. Serve

Thinly slice the steak and place it on top of the salad.Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and serve immediately.
