Main Ingredients

  • Nutrafarms Farmers Sausage (Mild)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger (or garlic-ginger paste)
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Oil, for frying

Sticky Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (or more if you love heat!)
  • Juice of ½ lime

👩‍🍳 How to Make Sticky Pork Tacos

1. Prep the Meat

In a mixing bowl, combine:
Farmers Sausage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly, then shape the mixture into small balls or patties sized to fit your tortillas.

2. Cook the Meat

Place each meatball or patty directly onto a tortilla.

Press it down firmly so the sausage covers most of the surface — this gives the taco its signature crispy-meets-juicy texture once fried.

3. Make the Sticky Sauce

In a small pan, whisk together: Soy sauce, honey, hoisin, sriracha, and lime juice.
Warm on low heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes glossy.

4. Fry & Glaze

Brush the sticky sauce generously on both sides of the tortilla and meat.

Pan-fry on medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until the tortilla is crisp, golden, and the sausage is cooked through.

5. Serve & Garnish

Drizzle with extra sticky sauce.
