- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 green onion stems, finely sliced
For the Dot Cake Layers
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice or sticky rice (fresh or leftover)
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 mango, diced into small cubes
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2-3 sheets roasted seaweed, crushed
For the Spicy Mayo “Frosting”
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- ½ tbsp honey
Garnish
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Tuna
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, crushed garlic, and sliced green onions.
